LuckTesting – Campaign Draw Terms & Conditions

Effective Date: 2 August 2025

Apple is not a sponsor nor involved in any way with LuckTesting campaign draws.
LuckTesting is operated by our official team under a licensed global brand based in Dubai, responsible for managing and running all LuckTesting draws and campaigns.

These Campaign Draw Terms & Conditions (“Draw Terms”) govern your participation in lucky draws (“Draw(s)”) offered by LuckTesting (“We”, “Us”, “Our”) through our website (“Site”) and mobile/digital platforms (“Platform”).

By using the Platform and/or entering any Draw, you (“User”, “You”, “Your”) agree to these Draw Terms and our User Agreement. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Platform and refrain from entering any Draw.

1. General Rules

  • Draws are approved by the relevant government authority and follow official regulations.
  • A valid permit/approval number is assigned to each Draw.
  • Only users with valid registration and compliance with all Platform terms are eligible.
  • Each valid ticket purchase equals one entry into the specified Draw.
  • Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
  • Ticket numbers are computer-generated and cannot be chosen by the user.
  • Tickets cannot be sold, gifted, or transferred to another person.

2. Draw Schedule & Results

  • Draw dates/times may vary.
  • Prizes are announced after full ticket sell-out and government approval.
  • Deadlines to enter:
    1. When all tickets are sold
    2. When the closure date is reached
    3. When a timed Draw countdown ends
  • Draw periods may be extended at our discretion.
  • Winners are selected in the presence of a government representative.
  • Results are final and cannot be disputed.

3. Winner Notification & Prize Collection

  • Winners will be notified on the day of the Draw via email.
  • Winner names may be announced publicly unless you request otherwise in writing before the Draw.
  • UAE Winners:
    • Must collect their prize within 60 days.
    • No ID required for collection.
    • Failure to collect within 60 days = prize forfeiture to the relevant authority.
  • Non-UAE Winners:
    • Will receive the cash equivalent of the retail value.
    • Amount will be minus 20% commission & 5% VAT.
    • Paid via bank transfer or cash (LuckTesting’s discretion).
    • Winners are responsible for taxes in their country.

4. Prize Conditions

  • All prizes awarded as listed, with only minor changes if necessary.
  • For prizes requiring registration (e.g., cars, property), ownership will be transferred to the winner’s name only.
  • If a winner is later found ineligible, the prize may be cancelled or reassigned.
  • LuckTesting does not provide additional services like insurance, travel, or accommodation unless clearly stated.
  • Winners agree to the use of their photo, name, and videos for promotional purposes unless they withdraw consent in writing (withdrawal may affect future eligibility).

5. Liability

  • We are not responsible for any claims, damages, or injuries, including death, resulting from use of any prize.
  • We are not responsible for faults, defects, or any failure in prize quality after handover.
  • All taxes, fees, or duties are the responsibility of the winner.
